On the subject of time ...

Time is valuable.

That’s why we arrange our working and office hours very flexibly by arrangement. Whether 20, 30 or 38.5 hours.

In addition, our employees are credited with an additional holiday week every year. After 5 years, when you have accumulated 5 weeks of leave, you can use them as a paid sabbatical.

In good company

There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all: we live for diversity and inclusion, also in our daily work as a team.

To promote a sense of togetherness beyond working hours, capito employees receive paid time each month for joint activities.

What this time is used for is up to the team. From after-work drinks to gardening in the vegetable garden to yoga in the park, anything is possible!

Work at a special place

We work in an old villa in Graz surrounded by a green park including a vegetable garden where you can also plant your own vegetables.

Lunch is prepared fresh daily by the inclusive restaurant Das Lorenz, with vegetarian and vegan options as well.

P.S.: If you still prefer to stay at home, we understand. Depending on the job and the agreement, home office is possible up to 100 %.
